Have you ever wondered if you can prepare a delicious meal by yourself in 10 minutes or less?
My experience and practice in cooking has taught me that the answer is “yes”.
You save time, money, get new skills and impress your partner.
Whether you are a tailored cook or at the instant-noodle level, this article may offer something useful to you.
Some folks may have no clue where to begin.

Here’s is a process of making a shift if you are someone who may not be interesting in spending time and energy cooking complex dishes.
- Pin a note/list on your fridge or somewhere you can refer to it later
- Write down at least three simple dishes that you enjoy
- Check online, with friends, family or colleagues what basic ingredients are needed
- Avoid getting hung up on fancy details like “add sprig of parsley” or “add Tuscany imported olives”
- Write down the basic ingredients needed on your list
- Buy the ingredients
- Set a date to make the dish and go for it
–
I strongly recommend making dishes that have ten ingredients or less if cooking is a new practice for you.
Take a look at some of my own culinary creations, which are easy to prepare.
